The Second Annual St. Matthias Chili Cook-Off
was once again, a HUGE success!
The organizers, led by Senior Warden Mary Kay Predmore , created an enjoyable evening that left us with full tummys and lots of great memories!
There were 15 entries, all supplemented with warm, tasty corn bread and an assortment of sweets. Lots of water and iced tea helped cleanse our pallets in between the tastings.
Winners were selected from four categories:
- Most Traditional
- Hottest
- Most Creative
- Best Overall
