Accept, O Lord, our thanks and praise for all that you have done for us. We thank you for the splendor of the whole creation, for the beauty of this world, for the wonder of life, and for the mystery of love.
We thank you for the blessing of family and friends, and for the loving care which surrounds us on every side.
We thank you for setting us at tasks which demand our best efforts, and for leading us to accomplishments which satisfy and delight us.
We thank you also for those disappointments and failures that lead us to acknowledge our dependence on you alone.
Above all, we thank you for your Son Jesus Christ; for the truth of his Word and the example of his life; for his steadfast obedience, by which he overcame temptation; for his dying, through which he overcame death; and for his rising to life again, in which we are raised to the life of your kingdom.
Grant us the gift of your Spirit, that we may know him and make him known; and through him, at all times and in all places, may give thanks to you in all things. Amen.

Good Morning!

Good Morning Lord Prayer
Good Morning, Lord! Today’s a new day, a chance for a new start. Yesterday is gone and with it any regrets, mistakes, or failures I may have experienced. It’s a good day to be glad and give thanks, and I do, Lord. Thank you for today, a new opportunity to love, give, and be all that you want me to be. Amen genericforgreece.com– Rebecca Barlow Jordan

Revive Me

A Prayer
Dear Lord,
Enlighten what’s dark in me.
Strengthen what’s weak in me.
Mend what’s broken in me.
Bind what’s bruised in me.
Heal what’s sick in me.
And lastly, Revive whatever peace and love has died in me.
Amen.

For Trust In God

For Trust In God
Julie Dortch Cragon

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own insight vår sida. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
—Proverbs 3:5–6

How often do we question ourselves when we are trying to do the right thing? How often do we find ourselves fearful of the consequences of our actions despite our best efforts? In the words of Saint John Paul II, “Do not be afraid!” The God who loves us enough to die for us, can be trusted to care for our every need. All he asks in return is acknowledgment. Offer this little prayer of Saint Faustina Kowalska’s.

Jesus, I trust in you.
Jesus, I trust in you.
Jesus, I trust in you.
