Living during the time of a pandemic is a challenge for everyone. Add to that the restrictions on movement and gatherings and you’ve got a Community of Faith having to wrestle with uncharted waters.

Presiding Bishop Michael Curry offered these words in a post to EpiscopalChurch.org on April 29th, 2020:

“In the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic, we are now at another one of those threshold moments when important and significant decisions must be made on all levels of our global community for the good and the well-being of the entire human family. In this moment, I would ask you to allow me to share with you a Word to the Church: What Would Love Do?”

In this spirit, St. Matthias has taken precautions to keep worshippers safe, during in-person services, limited to 30 persons per service with pre-registration and attendance confirmation as a requirement.
